Grace Lenses ships to customers worldwide.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Local delivery: AED 15 — FREE on orders over AED 200. Delivery in 1–2 business days.
- International: AED 50 — FREE on orders over AED 400. Delivery in 5–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Some countries have specific rules for importing contact lenses, including prescription requirements. Please check your local regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for orders held or returned by customs.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
